Hours Per Week 30 to 40 (Wednesday Sunday)

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organised station, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the bar and customer service and to diligently complete all tasks as assigned by senior managers.
  • Dealing one-to-one with customer enquiries or issues, assisting, and reporting up the line to duty managers wherever necessary.
  • Ensure that all hot, cold, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages are served and presented in a timely manner and as per training.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
  • Any other tasks and/or duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and a customer service role.
  • Employee discount and additional pay of tips.
  • Full flexibility required including evenings and weekends.
