Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Near East Midlands Airport Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are a well-established and growing electrical compliance contractor delivering high-quality services across the commercial sector. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to appoint anElectrical Contracts Managerto join our Electrical Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Contracts/Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business. As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple electrical compliance and service contracts from inception through to completion. Our projects span a wide range of commercial environments including schools, offices, industrial facilities, warehouses, public buildings, and healthcare settings. Operational & Contract Management Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 field-based engineers Liaise with clients, site personnel, and subcontractors Monitor project progress, reporting on completed works and escalating issues as required Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards Manage labour allocation, materials, and contract requirements Attend client meetings to review performance, progress, and requirements Carry out site surveys to support estimating activities Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in the field Support delivery of electrical compliance services including: Emergency lighting testing People Management Support the wider management team with people-related matters You will be a technically strong and organised electrical professional, capable of managing multiple contracts while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service. Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Contracts/Project Manager~ Proven experience delivering electrical compliance services (EICRs, emergency lighting, thermal imaging, remedials)~ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) xkybehq in Electrical Installation~Electrical Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)~ Experience managing commercial electrical contracts~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously~ Word, Excel)~ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
