We’re working with a brilliant B2B events agency looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is a hands‑on role delivering end-to-end projects, working closely with client services and production to bring high‑quality corporate events to life.

The role:

• Deliver conferences, gala dinners and C-suite events
• Manage projects typically £250k–£400k
• Lead on logistics delivery with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with production on creative, look & feel, and event design
• Oversee room dressing, catering, and guest experience
• Support on larger-scale projects, including full venue takeovers and production‑led builds (alongside production team)

About you:

• Strong B2B agency experience (essential)
• Proven experience delivering corporate events and conferences
• Confident managing senior stakeholders / C-suite audiences
• Comfortable across logistics and project delivery
• Experience with financial services clients beneficial
• Ideally available to start ASAP (or on a short notice period)
