The Role
This is a fully accountable site leadership position, where you'll oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure the marina consistently delivers a first‑class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead from the front to create an outstanding customer and guest experience
- Manage site performance, including budgets, revenue streams, and cost control
- Maintain high presentation standards across all areas of the marina
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, legal, and internal procedures
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and support teams
- Oversee administrative processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and revenue capture
About You
- Background in hospitality, hotels, leisure, retail, or destination venues
- Experience managing a site, department, or business unit with P&L responsibility
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance and improve results
- Hands‑on, adaptable, and solutions‑focused
