Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day processing of customer change requests and policy servicing matters
  • Administer Shield‑related customer requests accurately in accordance with operational guidelines and service standards
  • Assess escalations and make independent decisions on complaint resolution where appropriate
  • Provide timely operational support to Financial Consultants and customers
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides
  • Approve payments within assigned authority limits
  • Support additional operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Team Lead

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Prior knowledge or exposure to Shield plans will be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process requests accurately and efficiently
  • Customer‑oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
