We’re seeking aBusiness Development Executiveto join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our reach. Your mission will be to drive new business opportunities throughtelemarketing, networking, and strategic partnerships. You’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, creating and converting sales pipelines into long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new business leads
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers
- Building relationships through networking and strategic outreach
- Collaborating with internal teams to convert leads to long-term clients
- Managing and reporting on your sales pipeline and KPIs

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in energy sales(B2B preferred)
- Proven success inlead generation and telesales
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised and motivated by targets and results
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- A natural team player who brings energy and initiative
