As an Associate at Galatea you will define, architect, and build strategic systems that facilitate access to trillions of dollars worth of liquidity and capital around the world.   • 1‑3 years experience – $100‑$120K base plus $5‑$15K bonus
  • 3‑5 years experience – $120‑$145K base plus $10‑$20K bonus
  • 5+ years experience – $160K – $300K+ total compensation (base plus bonus included)
