They’re building autonomous AI voice agents for trades and field service businesses, combining LLMs, speech-to-text, and real-time systems to power a new category of “digital workers.”

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems
• Own the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery to shipped solutions
• Work directly with customers to solve real operational problems
• Move fast on MVPs while building scalable, production-grade systems
• Raise the bar across testing, reliability, and system design
• Shape product direction through direct user feedback and iteration
• Work on cutting-edge AI across voice, LLMs, and real-time automation
• High-ownership, low-ego team of ~10 people
• Massive impact — shaping product, culture, and engineering from day one
