Role Outline
As an Occupational Health Nurse at Health Partners Group, you will provide a compassionate and professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care that our clients receive. This role requires an ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide a comprehensive on-site occupational health treatment service including wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, as well as delivering health surveillance and safety-critical medicals.
- Responsible for drug and alcohol testing and other services as outlined by Health Partners Group guidelines.
- Offer professional advice, support and guidance to patients, assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health, and evaluate individuals' fitness to work for specific roles.
- Conduct clinical assessments for minor illnesses and injuries and support the wider Occupational Health team.
- Maintain clinical assessment skills in line with best practice standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Occupational Health Nurse with a range of skills, experience and professional qualifications. Ideally with clinical experience in Accident & Emergency (A&E) or intensive care settings.
- Previous Occupational Health experience is preferable but not essential.
- Registered Nurse (Part 1) with active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with database systems, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Team player who welcomes challenges, committed to achieving results, and able to learn and develop both themselves and others.
Location
This role will be based across client sites in London including Acton, Euston and West Ruislip. A travel card will be provided if successful.
Hours
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary
Salary is competitive depending on qualifications and experience.
