Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact and liaison.
  • Plan, coordinate and direct client‑approved strategic direction for printed assets.
  • Develop briefs, deliver recommendations, and scope of work.
  • Ensure the brand voice is consistently integrated and heard throughout projects.
  • Capture and translate client input, communicate priorities to the production team, both verbally and in written form.
  • Select appropriate printed solutions for each project.
  • Keep clients apprised of budgets, adjustments, and revisions.
  • Facilitate monitoring of project processes to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in print, packaging or paper sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to keep all parties informed.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • UK residency (required).
