This fast-growing fintech company is building its London creative studio as part of a strategic European expansion. This is the operational role that keeps creative output moving at the pace this growth demands.
The Role
You’ll run operations for the London studio, managing concurrent work streams and ensuring seamless project delivery across international teams. Your day involves coordinating UK-based creatives with US stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand functions, steering projects from briefing through delivery.
You’ll own studio resourcing, team coordination, and the operational structure that supports scaling in a high-growth environment. This means building processes that work at speed while maintaining the efficiency standards that define this company’s competitive edge.
This role exists because rapid international growth requires dedicated operational leadership. Without it, creative teams lose momentum and stakeholder relationships become fractured. You’ll be the bridge that keeps everything connected and moving forward.
The Package
Hybrid working: 3 days London office, 2 days remote
3+ month initial contract, with potential to extend
Starting in June
The Person
An experienced Project Manager or studio operations professional with 5‑7 years managing creative workflows in fast‑paced environments. You’ve worked within brand teams, agencies, or in‑house creative departments, ideally in tech or fintech.
Your background includes managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with international teams, and building operational structure in high‑growth companies. You understand creative production workflows and use project management tools like Notion to keep complex work streams organised and stakeholders aligned.
A more diverse team is a more creative team.
It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
