- Transactional support including public and private M&A and IPOs
- Designing and implementing share plans
- EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP
- Senior executive tax planning including internationally mobile executives
- Remuneration policies/governance
- Equity incentives for private equity

Successful candidate
- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 5-10 PQE
- Currently working within a dedicated share schemes/incentives law firm in the UK or accountancy firm (must be a qualified solicitor)
