Key Accountabilities – O&M Project Manager (UK)

Act as the main point of contact for project clients, including organizing regular updates and responding to issues.

Support budgeting and cost tracking to maintain positive O&M performance.

  • Project Close-Out & Contractual Management

Support legal and commercial negotiations to minimise exposure on defects and delays.

  • People Management responsibilities

Lead the recruitment front and setup of local O&M teams.

Manage contractor and supplier databases through ongoing sourcing and vetting.

  • Reporting & Documentation

Contribute to monthly/annual O&M reports and maintain accurate project documentation and backups.
