The role
As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own inbound demand generation at Alt21. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands how to attract, convert, and nurture demand through content, paid media, SEO, and experimentation, turning interest into qualified pipeline.
You’ll work closely with the VP Marketing and commercial teams to drive predictable inbound growth, improve funnel performance, and build repeatable systems that scale.
What you’ll be responsible
- Own and execute Alt21’s inbound demand generation strategy.
- Drive qualified pipeline through paid media, SEO, content-led initiatives, and experimentation.
- Build campaigns that balance volume, quality, and efficiency.
Paid media & performance
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google.
- Test audiences, messaging, and creative to improve performance.
- Manage budgets responsibly with a clear focus on ROI and pipeline contribution.
SEO & organic growth
- Improve organic visibility and inbound demand in partnership with content and internal stakeholders.
- Identify keyword and topic opportunities aligned to commercial intent.
- Track and improve organic performance over time.
- Own experimentation across landing pages, CTAs, conversion flows, and nurture journeys.
- Use data to identify drop-offs and opportunities across the inbound funnel.
- Build a culture of testing, learning, and iteration.
Data, reporting & insights
- Own reporting for inbound growth and demand performance.
- Translate data into clear insight and recommendations for the wider team.
- Focus on metrics that drive revenue not vanity metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align on ICPs, messaging, and priorities.
- Support sales with insight into what’s resonating with inbound leads.
- Ensure growth activity reflects Alt21’s positioning, standards, and brand values.
What we’re looking for
- 5–7+ years experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth (you know how it works, even if you’re not a technical SEO specialist).
- Experience owning performance across the full inbound funnel.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
- Commercial mindset: you care about pipeline quality and revenue impact.
