Part Time – Monday to Friday – 7.45am to 3.45pm

Ashville College is seeking to appoint a permanent, term‑time only, full‑time Attendance Officer.

We are looking for a collaborative, self‑motivated team‑player who has administrative experience, working in a school or a busy customer‑led environment, ideally with knowledge of attendance and registration. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills, together with strong ICT skills with the ability to produce reports and record information accurately. A good working knowledge of ISAMS or similar MIS systems is highly desirable. They should demonstrate an ability to cope with conflict situations and to respond to changing needs and demands of a school office.

In this role, the postholder will record, monitor and report on attendance to ensure that registration, absence and attendance procedures are correctly followed and to drive improvement in pupil attendance and punctuality by working closely with the pastoral and admin teams.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 3.45pm and the salary is £23,319 per annum.
