As we continue to strengthen our technical capability and enhance the resilience of our built‑environment services, we are recruiting an experienced Asset Manager to play a pivotal role in driving asset performance, compliance and lifecycle optimisation across our client portfolios.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement. You will help shape how we manage, maintain and future‑proof our assets—ensuring safety, reliability, efficiency and long‑term value for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of asset management strategies across multi‑site client environments
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Oversee asset lifecycle planning, condition surveys and investment modelling
  • Drive improvements in asset performance, reliability and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with operational, technical and commercial teams to optimise maintenance strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management, asset resilience and long‑term capital planning
  • Use data, analytics and digital tools to enhance asset visibility and inform decision‑making
  • Support bid activity and client engagement by providing robust asset insights and solutions

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring strong experience in asset management within facilities management, technical services or complex built‑environment settings, with the ability to:

  • Develop and implement asset strategies that improve performance and reduce lifecycle cost
  • Interpret technical data, compliance requirements and risk profiles to inform decisions
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • Deliver improvements in asset reliability, safety and operational efficiency
  • Combine technical expertise with commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
