- Support cross‑functional product teams to ensure effective stress testing through the qualification process.
- Collaborate with the wafer fab technology team to understand and evaluate silicon reliability with a focus on company specific IP.
- Work with the assembly and packaging team to evaluate new packaging techniques and component/board level reliability stress testing.
- Work with internal and external technical groups to develop new capability and reliability methodologies.
- Support the customer quality engineering team to engage customers and ensure that reliability and quality meet internal and external standards.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with design, process, and manufacturing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BEng/BS in Engineering or Physics with hands‑on experience in product reliability engineering.

- Working knowledge of intrinsic and extrinsic reliability requirements.
- Ability to specify stress conditions (HTOL, HAST, TC, UHAST, ESD, Latch‑Up), sample sizes, interim read‑points, and pass/fail criteria for new product qualification and requalification activities in line with the manufacturing strategy.
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics, IC manufacturing, and packaging technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills.
- Understanding of quality system requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to use data‑driven approaches to resolve quality and reliability issues.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of automotive reliability requirements (e.g., AEC Q100).
- Knowledge and experience of common silicon and package failure mechanisms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, and work efficiently as part of a team or independently.
- Strong data analysis skills with an analytical approach to assessing and identifying alternative courses of action for resolving unique and diverse technical problems.
