- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll systems.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities as required.
- Supervise and support payroll team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations relevant to the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Experience in a stand alone payroll role
- Dealt with payroll for a headcount of 400 +
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
- Experience in accounting and finance-related processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the leisure, travel & tourism industry would be an advantage.
