  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities as required.
  • Supervise and support payroll team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations relevant to the leisure, travel & tourism industry.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Experience in a stand alone payroll role
  • Dealt with payroll for a headcount of 400 +
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
  • Experience in accounting and finance-related processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the leisure, travel & tourism industry would be an advantage.
