Opportunity
Join a cutting-edge semiconductor and high-tech engineering environment where you’ll play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept through to production.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team working across design, test, validation, and manufacturing, gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle.
This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer looking to build deep technical expertise in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role
As a Junior Product Engineer (NPI), you will support the introduction of new semiconductor products from early-stage development through to full production release.
You’ll gain exposure to:
- Design for testability and manufacturability
- Product validation and characterisation
- Data analysis and yield optimisation
- Cross-functional engineering collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities across design, test, validation, and manufacturing teams
- Contribute to Design for Test (DfT) and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) processes
- Assist with product characterisation, data analysis, and test optimisation
- Perform correlation studies and design of experiments (DOE)
- Support failure analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product release
