You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team working across design, test, validation, and manufacturing, gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer looking to build deep technical expertise in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

The Role

As a Junior Product Engineer (NPI), you will support the introduction of new semiconductor products from early-stage development through to full production release.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Design for testability and manufacturability
  • Product validation and characterisation
  • Data analysis and yield optimisation
  • Cross-functional engineering collaboration

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities across design, test, validation, and manufacturing teams
  • Contribute to Design for Test (DfT) and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) processes
  • Assist with product characterisation, data analysis, and test optimisation
  • Perform correlation studies and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Support failure analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product release

Distilled Key Criteria

  1. Relevant engineering degree
  2. Basic electronics / semiconductor understanding
  3. Some hands-on exposure (lab or data)
  4. Strong attitude + ability to learn fast

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or related STEM discipline

Technical Skills
