• Managing debt facilities and banking relationships
• Financial due diligence support for acquisitions and disposals
• Leading the finance workstream in MBO processes

Operational Finance

• Monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
• Annual statutory accounts and audit management
• Finance team leadership, recruitment, and development
• Systems implementation and process improvement
