Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound or outbound customer calls, understand the customer’s needs, and provide insurance solutions that best suit their requirements.
  • Answer calls in a timely, professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to business standards.
  • Process correspondence, renewal activity, and new business quotations.
  • Complete workflow activity in accordance with approved business processes.
  • Comply with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain required competencies for the role.
  • Identify and handle customer complaints strictly within the company’s complaints procedure.

Essential Criteria

  • Engaging personal communication style.
  • Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate.
  • Previous experience in sales or service, preferably in public‑facing industries such as insurance, retail, or hospitality.
