Overview

We are seeking a highly capable PMO Lead for the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) PMO team. This role supports multiple client engagements and will manage the PMO across ten core processes, including financial management, planning, reporting, resource capacity management, change control, RAIDE management, governance support, communication, induction, and PMO administration.

Hybrid Working

Work day-to-day will blend company offices, client sites, and home. You will not be able to work from home 100% of the time.

Your Role

As a Project Lead, you will report to the PMO Manager and support the CIS PMO team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide back office support across Service Introduction, Planning, Resource Management, and Account Communications.
  • Maintain organisation charts, knowledge repositories, and service manuals.
  • Support governance reporting, project financials, and other assigned PMO activities.

Technologies

Essential: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, MS Project. Desirable: SharePoint.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with some financial experience.
  • Self‑motivated with experience in PMO roles supporting large programmes.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining complex issues.
  • Team management experience and familiarity with client‑facing environments.
  • Experience with project financials.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power BI).
  • SharePoint experience.
