Job Summary

We need an experienced insurance broker to handle new business and mid‐term amendments for private and commercial motor covers. The role involves outbound and inbound telephone activity, achieving sales targets, and identifying cross‑sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new private motor coverage and commercial motor/motor trade business.
  • Manage mid‑term amendments and renewals through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Track and meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven insurance broking and sales experience in private motor or commercial motor/motor trade coverage.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and scheme business is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and self‑discipline skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary £30,000–£36,000 plus up to £8,000 OTE. Competitive commission and comprehensive benefits package.
