About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.

  • Engage with showroom guests, creating tailored, high-quality customer experiences
  • Manage and respond to enquiries across digital, phone, and in-person channels
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems (AutoPlay)
  • Present and demonstrate BMW/MINI vehicles through test drives and product knowledge
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries that reflect the BMW/MINI brand experience
  • Contribute to dealership presentation, stock management, and digital presence

  • A polished, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for customer experience and relationship building
  • Confidence in communication across a broad customer base
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targetsStrong organisational and follow-up capability
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
  • A current and valid Australian driver’s licence
