About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
- Engage with showroom guests, creating tailored, high-quality customer experiences
- Manage and respond to enquiries across digital, phone, and in-person channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems (AutoPlay)
- Present and demonstrate BMW/MINI vehicles through test drives and product knowledge
- Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries that reflect the BMW/MINI brand experience
- Contribute to dealership presentation, stock management, and digital presence

- A polished, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills

- Confidence in communication across a broad customer base

- A current and valid Australian driver’s licence
