The Partner & Benefits Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes related to Deel’s partner programs and benefits offerings. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment between product operations, partnerships, and the finance organization.
This role requires close collaboration with Product, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams, as well as direct interaction with external partners across multiple jurisdictions to support scalable and well-controlled financial processes.
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, execution‑obsessed operator to build and scale Deel’s SDR organization. Reporting to the Head of International Sales, you will own the systems, processes, and strategy that power our SDR team across five global hubs — Barcelona, London, Dublin, Sydney, and Singapore.
This is not a recruiting role. This is an operations role. You will solve the hard, messy problems that hold a fast‑growing sales org back — broken processes, unclear data, misaligned workflows — and turn them into scalable, repeatable systems. You’ve done it before in high‑growth environments where the playbook didn’t exist yet.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end SDR operations across all hubs — identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and driving implementation
- Lead high‑impact special projects across the SDR org, from problem scoping to cross‑functional execution
- Build data‑driven frameworks to track SDR performance, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency — and translate them into clear recommendations
- Design and continuously improve scalable processes for onboarding, ramp, training, and ongoing enablement
- Execute on global hub expansion strategy — establishing operational infrastructure in new cities and markets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks relevant to the SDR org
- Support strategic goal setting, headcount planning, and performance management
- Partner with Revenue, Enablement, Finance, and People teams to align SDR operations with company priorities
- Create and maintain processes, workflows, and organizational tools that keep the team running at Deel Speed
- Navigate genuinely open‑ended challenges — defining the problem before building and executing the solution
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in People Management, strategy & operations, revenue ops, management consulting, or a similar field.
- 2–4 years in a fast‑growth startup or scale‑up — you know what moving fast with high stakes actually feels like.
- Strong analytical foundation — comfortable manipulating large datasets and turning complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact and taking on expanding responsibilities quickly.
- Experience designing and improving complex operational processes at scale.
- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, actionable steps and drive them to completion.
- Exceptional project management skills across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Quick learner who adapts fast and thrives in ambiguity.
Total Rewards
Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.
Some things you’ll enjoy
- Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location
- Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country
- The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
At Deel, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
