Lead and develop a successful service department within a well‑established family‑owned automotive dealership group that specialises in new and used vehicles, aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and genuine manufacturer parts, across multiple dealership sites.

Responsibility

  • Lead the daily operation of the Service Department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Maximise performance across labour, parts, and service sales.
  • Plan workshop capacity while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Oversee records, warranties, and work in progress while developing and supporting the team.

Candidate profile

  • Service background.
  • Any form of supervisory or leadership experience.
