Office and workshop based role, commutable from Chippenham, Bath, Bristol, Melksham, Trowbridge, Swindon, and surrounding areas.
Lead and develop a successful service department within a well‑established family‑owned automotive dealership group that specialises in new and used vehicles, aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and genuine manufacturer parts, across multiple dealership sites.
Responsibility
- Lead the daily operation of the Service Department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Maximise performance across labour, parts, and service sales.
- Plan workshop capacity while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
- Oversee records, warranties, and work in progress while developing and supporting the team.

- Service background.
- Any form of supervisory or leadership experience.
