Year 5 Teacher – ECT's – Maidenhead – September 2026

A lovely school in Maidenhead is looking for a Year 5 Teacher to join their team in September 2026. The school is a three form-entry school with a family feel and a supportive environment. Early applicants for the Year 5 Teacher position are encouraged to secure a role for the ECT years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Year 5 lessons.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school ethos as part of a supportive Senior Leadership Team.
• Work with experienced mentors to develop as an Early Careers Teacher.
• Manage planning and time effectively and utilize support from TAs/HLTAs where available.

Qualifications

• QTS required for September 2026.
• Year 5 teaching experience or placement suitable for ECT year.
