Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in Bath, you will play a key role in maximising rental collections across client portfolios so that client expectations and SLAs are met. On a daily basis you will work with the Property Managers and Finance Team to maintain a high level of performance whilst delivering effective solutions to the customer, client and the team. Running arrear reports and chasing any outstanding payments is also a key part of the role.

Working Pattern

Hybrid Working – in the office Tues and Fri after training
Mon – Thurs: 9am – 5.30pm
Fri: 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities

Daily management of credit control across client portfolios, including preparing arrear reports, chasing outstanding payments, maintaining performance data and providing effective solutions to customers, clients and the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with good written and verbal communication skills. They should possess good numerical and literacy skills. Knowledge of credit control and experience in arrears is beneficial but not essential. Ability to handle customer complaints and interact with stakeholders at various levels is required.

Other Requirements
