- Handle policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional cover
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
Education & Skills Required
- Previous experience within an insurance broking or sales environment would be advantageous, but full training will be given to those with relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into successful sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
