About The Opportunity

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised, award-winning architecture and design practice with a strong London studio presence. Known for delivering iconic, people-centred environments across healthcare, sports, science and corporate sectors, this is a firm where design excellence meets genuine human values.

This is a rare chance to join a creative, high-performing team in a beautifully located London studio. They are looking for an exceptional Office Manager — someone who brings energy, positivity and a genuine "nothing is too much trouble" attitude to everything they do.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love keeping things running seamlessly, and want to be a valued part of a world-class design practice — we would love to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Director, the Office Manager is the operational heartbeat of the studio. You will oversee a wide range of administrative and office management responsibilities, ensuring the team can focus on their creative and technical work with full support behind them.

Your Key Focus Areas Will Include

  • Diary management and scheduling for senior leadership staff
  • Travel booking, coordination and expense report management
  • Planning and delivering internal events — including summer and Christmas parties, studio talks and external events
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and office administration
  • Overseeing office facilities, supplies, vendors, building management and health & safety

What We're Looking For

  • Proven office management or senior administrative experience
  • Proficiency across the full MS Office Suite — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Excellent diary and travel management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace
  • A genuinely positive, team-first attitude — no task is beneath you
  • First Aid and/or Fire Marshall trained (desirable)
  • Degree-level education preferred

Package & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary alongside an impressive benefits package:

  • 4x annual salary Death in Service benefit
  • Pension via salary sacrifice scheme
  • BUPA Private Medical and Dental Insurance
  • Income Protection Policy
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

You will also benefit from a strong support structure within a globally networked firm, working alongside talented and passionate people in a well-resourced, design-led environment.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, fully office-based role at the firm's London studio, located in the heart of the West End. The successful candidate will be a consistent, visible and energising presence in the studio — five days a week.
