Recruitment Consultant – French Speaker
Department: EU Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Wimbledon – first 6 months in office, then 4 days a week in office with 1 day working from home
Compensation: £25,000 – £30,000 per year, base salary £25,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
Commission: Up to 30% clear commission structure (no caps or thresholds). OTE: Year 1 £35,000‑£40,000; Year 2 £60,000; Year 3 £100,000+

Responsibilities
- Conduct a full 360 recruitment cycle: generate leads and build client relationships.
- Identify and assess candidates, applying commercial judgment on fit.
- Develop deep market knowledge within the data and analytics sector.
- Deliver on deadlines and agreed SLAs in a proactive manner.
- Influence and sell Harnham’s talent solutions, cross‑sell and upsell to clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for sales and recruitment, and competence in cold‑calling and business development.
- Business‑level fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Driven, motivated to succeed in a sales environment.
