Residential Support Worker

Location: Corwen, Ruthin, and Bala. Full‑time. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.

Salary: Competitive salary with enhanced rates for qualified staff. Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Be part of a therapeutic care team alongside education and clinical professionals.
  • Encourage young people to grow, develop independence, and thrive in a safe and structured environment.
  • Use electronic care recording systems daily to document, monitor and update records accurately (experience with Clearcare is an advantage but not essential). All staff are expected to use digital systems confidently.
  • Create positive, meaningful experiences that help build extraordinary days every day.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours: evenings, weekends and overnight sleep‑ins.
  • Ability to commit to sleep‑ins with a rolling rota.
  • No prior care experience required; full training and mentoring will be provided.
