Our client, a forward‑thinking renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to support operational and corporate teams across multiple UK sites.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role focused on employee relations, supporting managers, recruitment, performance management, and driving practical HR solutions within an operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance
- Coaching and supporting managers with people matters
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Advising on HR policies and employment law
- Supporting employee engagement and change initiatives
- Monitoring HR metrics including absence and turnover
About You
- Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience within manufacturing, logistics, engineering, energy, or similar operational environments
- Strong employee relations experience
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites
