  • Monitoring HR metrics including absence and turnover

About You

  • Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience within manufacturing, logistics, engineering, energy, or similar operational environments
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites
