Freelance Quality Manager – Fit-out

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a leading commercial refurbishment & fit out company on a construction project in Manchester.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Managerwith a strong background in internal refurbishment and fit out projects.

Internal refurbishment creating new workspaces and hotel.

Main duties:

• Ensuring contractual, legal and safety standards are met.
• Implementing quality management plans.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Managing compliance.
• Resolving defects.
• Managing subcontractor performance.
• Performing internal audits.
• Act as liaison with client and contractors.
• Defect management and snagging.

This will be a long term project.

Rates of pay DOE.
