What You’ll Be Doing
As an Individual Rights Specialist in our People Services team, you’ll act as a subject matter expert for employee rights and statutory requests across our workforce of over 16,000 colleagues. You’ll manage sensitive requests from start to finish, ensuring every case is handled accurately, securely, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with teams across People, Legal and IT to make sure our processes are compliant, efficient, and consistently delivered. This is a role where attention to detail, sound judgement, and strong organizational skills really matter.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Police DP Requests and other Individual Rights Requests
- Ensuring all requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
- Maintaining clear documentation, templates, and audit trails for all cases
- Working with stakeholders across People, Legal, and IT to ensure consistent and compliant processes
- Identifying process improvements and helping to streamline workflows
- Supporting audits and ensuring all activity aligns with GDPR and internal policies
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in a compliance, governance, legal administration, HR operations, or regulated administrative environment
- Has worked with sensitive data and understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Is comfortable interpreting policies or regulations and applying them in day-to-day work
- Is organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple cases at once
- Is confident working with stakeholders and building trusted relationships
- Is proactive, curious, and enjoys improving processes
- Experience with GDPR, DSARs, audits, or compliance processes would be highly beneficial — but we’re also open to candidates with transferable experience from compliance-heavy administrative roles.
