EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

£30K–£40K+ BASIC SALARY

Due to significant client growth, we’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer (3+ years’ experience) to join our remote conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning company where your work is visible, valued, and makes a difference.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Ability to handle a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Confident communicator with all stakeholders (clients, agents, lenders, etc.)

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Ensuring high levels of client care
• Communication with all stakeholders throughout the process
• Working within a supportive and collaborative remote team
• Ongoing career development and mentoring opportunities
