Salary: £110,000 – £130,000 per annum (negotiable) plus package and benefits.

Our client is an RC frame, groundwork & civil engineering subcontractor delivering specialist services across civil, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Many of the projects are prestigious across the U.K.

About the Opportunity

Due to expanded growth, we are looking for a Contracts Manager for RC Frame projects across London and the South East. The successful candidate will be capable of delivering RC Frame packages with proven experience. Typical duties include overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, and client management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages on time and within budget
• Engineering background
• Experience in an RC Frame background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years experience as a Contracts Manager
