The Role

  • Manage customer support across your portfolio of accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing long-term professional relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote additional services.
  • Carry out regular performance and strategy reviews with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.


About You

  • Previous experience within an account management or client support role.
  • Confident building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to spot revenue opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
