IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst – Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Support Analyst to join their team on an FTC basis, initially for 12-18 months with a view to extend.
Please note, the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week required on-site in Leeds.
You will come from an Infrastructure background, including Service Desk Support at 2nd and 3rd line level. You will have around 5 years’ plus experience ideally.

- M365 (including Defender ATP, Entra/AzureAD, Exchange, Intune and Teams)
- Meraki Wi-Fi and switches
- Microsoft Windows Server management
- Windows 11
- Infrastructure Support background – including Service Desk at 2nd to 3rd line level
- Good attention to detail
- Clear and Concise communication skills, both written and verbal
