Qualifications

  • Strong background as an electrical engineer in industry (manufacturing, plant, utilities, heavy industry, etc.).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • No prior teaching experience required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary £52,000 + performance bonuses.
  • Employee shares as part of an employee‑owned business.
  • Mileage allowance (plus occasional company van use).
  • All expenses paid.
  • 25 days holiday per year.
