Key Responsibilities:– Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and online platforms with precision.– Pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently.– Receive goods, book items into stock, and organise storage systematically.– Assist with parts identification, quotations, and general customer queries.– Manage warranty returns and support occasional loading/unloading tasks.
Skills, Experience, and Education:– Communication: Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner are essential.– Knowledge/Expertise: Experience within a parts or engineering/automotive environment is desirable.– Innovation: Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and adapt to department needs.– Business Impact: Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
