Our client is a leading and rapidly growing player within the BTR sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a flag ship scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Support the FM with the full operational leadership of a premium BTR building
- Ensuring compliance across all regulatory and operational areas
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
- Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice
- Ensure occupancy levels remain high and lead on leasing initiatives
About you
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Build to Rent sector at management level
- Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements
- Track record of delivering high standards of customer service
