• Hands-on experience administering SharePoint on-prem environments, including patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Business Connectivity Services (BCS) and creating External Content Types (ECTs).
• Strong experience with SQL Server design, development, and optimization.
• Knowledge of authentication models, permissions, governance, and SharePoint security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
