Stock Condition Surveyor

I’m currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to work for a housing provider in the West Midlands.

The role will involve surveying a variety of property types including high rise blocks.

Responsibilities

• Use of Active H asset software
• Physical inspection of properties externally and internally.
• Reporting any major issues
• Identify and development of programme of works
• Working as part of stock condition team

Requirements

• You must have experience of working within a housing sector, UK driving licence and good IT skills.

Location: Walsall
Salary: £225 – £240 per day
