Senior Full Stack Ruby Engineer – Fast-paced growing Healthtech startup!
Location: Central London (3 times a week)
Salary: £75-100k + equity depending on experience (up to £110k+ total comp)
About my client: My client is a Tech for Good SaaS startup that is investment-backed and profitable. They are looking to scale their small but experienced tech team in London. I have already helped them with multiple hires in their team, and they are not growing due to strong market demand!
Role: I am looking for Senior Level Full Stack/ Backend Engineers. They want to find candidates who are passionate about making an impact and taking ownership of what they build. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to own part of a fast growing and meaningful company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and their applications using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby development.
- Strong understanding of web development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about building high-quality features and products
