What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a senior, commercially‑minded product leader who has operated in complex environments.
- Experience as VP Product / Head of Product / Product Director within enterprise SaaS or platform environments
- A track record of owning multi‑product or domain‑level strategy
- Experience in regulated or compliance‑heavy industries (e.g. pharma, eMAR, clinical systems, fintech)
- Strong understanding of workflow‑critical systems where reliability is essential
- Experience building or leading data‑led or AI‑enabled products
- Ability to translate data into commercial and operational outcomes
Commercial Impact
- Proven delivery of measurable outcomes (ARR growth, adoption, efficiency gains, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level
- Experience driving product adoption across organisations, regions, or global user bases
- Ability to embed products into real‑world workflows — not just ship features
Highly Relevant Experience
- Electronic record systems (eMAR, EHR, LIMS, or similar)
- Regulated data environments (GxP, ISO, compliance frameworks)
