We want an influential storyteller who can inspire change at a senior level.

The role

As a People Analytics Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, using employee engagement survey data to drive strategy and genuine change. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis & Storytelling: Interpret survey data, uncover key themes, and present compelling narratives that move leaders to act.
  • Executive Consulting: Deliver high‑quality presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, HR teams, and C‑suite executives.
  • Strategic Guidance: Advise clients on engagement strategy, benchmark their performance against industry standards, and help them build action plans.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead engaging workshops to help leaders and managers understand data and hold meaningful conversations with their teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Create articles and reports that establish my client as a leading voice in employee engagement, shaping industry–wide conversations.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years in employee engagement, HR consulting, or organisational psychology.
  • Skillset: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus.
  • Education: A university graduate (2:2 or above) in a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: We need an influential communicator, an analytical storyteller, a proactive relationship‑builder, and a curious, growth‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
