What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute integrated communications, marketing, and outreach initiatives across digital, media, social media, website, and internal communication platforms to strengthen departmental visibility and engagement
  • Translate complex clinical and healthcare information into clear, compelling, and audience‑centric content including articles, presentations, publicity materials, campaigns, and outreach communications
  • Manage the department’s digital presence and content strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and timely updates across communication channels
  • Plan and support events, educational engagements, and public outreach initiatives while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and communications deliverables effectively
  • Partner internal teams, healthcare professionals, institutions and external organisations to support public education initiatives and promote patient‑centred care, healthcare innovation and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate closely with corporate communications and media teams on publicity efforts, content development and strategic communications initiatives
  • Support operational and administrative matters related to communications projects and departmental initiatives where required

What we're looking for

  • BachelorDegree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Healthcare Communications, or related disciplines
  • 4 – 6 years of working experience in integrated communications, healthcare marketing, outreach or stakeholder engagement environments
  • Strong writing, storytelling, stakeholder management and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in digital communications, social media management, Microsoft Office applications and content development with strong attention to detail and brand standards
  • Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, public sector communications, agency environments or content‑driven engagement roles will be highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with design coordination, visual storytelling, event management or digital engagement tools will be an added advantage
