We’re working with a fast‑growing fintech startup in the payments space looking to hire a payments specialist into their Operations team.

This is a high‑impact role focused on launching new payment rails, payout corridors, and sender markets globally, while also supporting daily payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Launch new payment rails and markets from testing through to go‑live
• Troubleshoot complex international payments
• Support daily payment operations and liquidity management
• Improve operational processes and scalability
• Train teams on new payment flows and processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years within payments, FX, fintech, treasury, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent banking, card rails, or stablecoins
• Operational mindset with experience improving processes and solving payment issues
• Startup or scale‑up experience preferred
• Emerging markets or African payment corridor exposure
• French or Chinese language skills
