Our client is currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable (Job Title) to join their team. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £34,673.60 per year (£16.67 per hour), with a salary increase available following successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00am – 5:00pm

On-Call Requirement:
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the management on-call rota, which operates on a 1 in 5 week rotation.
During the on-call week you will provide out-of-hours support:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00am
- Weekends: 24-hour cover
Most situations can be managed over the telephone; however, there may be occasions where the successful candidate will need to attend the home in person to support staff during emergencies or situations that cannot be resolved remotely.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to participate in the on-call rota
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
